Livermore Vineyard Residence
The residence is the final phase of construction for a small estate vineyard in Livermore. A garage structure was initially remodelled in 2002 to include a guest unit. The owners stayed in that unit while the old house was removed and a new larger home built in 2004.
The new home includes a spacious room suitable for wine tasting functions, surrounded on 3 sides by a broad roofed porch overlooking the vineyards.
