The Customer Co., Benicia CA (Food and Liquor Stores)
        Steel Frame offices, banquet hall, and meeting rooms for corporate headquarters complex in
        Benicia Industrial Park. Ground floor houses maintenance and parts supply.
        Additions, remodelings, reroofing, gas facilities and site expansions for older store models in
        Sacramento, Fresno, Clovis, Rockville, Oakley, Brentwood, Pittsburg, Clerlake,
        Sun Valley (Idaho), Vail (Colorado), etc.
        Prototype Foodstore: larger new design with expanded retail space; Eagle-Vail, Colorado. Site
        design for repeated stores in Sacramento, Diamond Springs, Galt and Martinez, California.
        New larger retail store in Santa Rosa designed with computer controlled sun shades and central
        skylight daylighting to conserve lighting and air conditioning costs.

        Selected from seven RFP applicants in 1995 by the City of San Pablo for "CARD" (Commercial
        Area Revitalization District) Program to provide facade and street improvement design services
        with the Old Town Redevelopment Project Area.

Historic Preservation/Adaptive Re-Use
        Hink's Department Store, Berkeley: conversion of a major portion of a 1927 steel frame and
        concrete building from a department store to 8 modern theaters (two with balconies) for
        Renaissance Rialto Theaters.

        Wildside Print Shop: Benicia
        Tilt-up Warehouse Addition: Benicia Industrial Park
        Bottling Plant/Cabinet Shop Warehouse Reconstruction: Benicia Industrial Park

Northpoint Shopping Center, San Francisco. Schematic remodeling and graphic studies for
modernization of an urban mixed use shopping facility.

        Royal Motors Volvo, San Francisco. Planning and remodeling studies for urbanization of three
        properties for new car sales, service, and parts. Renovation of concrete structure for new Renault
        dealership and executive offices.
        Orinda Motors, Orinda, California. Development plan for increased parking court, landscape
        enhancement, and circulation improvement.
