The first tenant was a graphic design firm. Note that the high clerestory windows balance the light from the row of 8'-0" high windows in the interior wall. At night, the daylight is duplicated by a row of uplights/downlights over the windows, and powerful uplights bouncing off the ceiling above a heating duct bridge that runs through the space.
