Orinda's Ugly Duckling ?!?
The new owner asked us to come up with a new identity and a complete facelift for the building. They didn't want to be known as "the building across from Safeway with Starbucks in it"...the one that has:
1. Too many signs
2. A fake mansard
3. Sloping sidewalks
4. Plywood T-111 painted siding
5. Outdated sparse landscaping
