The first project was an interior remodeling of the second floor corridor and restrooms. Next, Starbuck's and Baskin-Robbins made major tenant improvements. Finally, construction began in January 1999 on the complete recladding of the building, adding the elevator tower, installing new landscaping, and replacing the sloped sidewalk with outdoor seating and new planters.
