Historic Renovation
The Shattuck Avenue frontage of the building is a registered landmark. We worked with the City of Berkeley and the owners to provide new storefronts carefully integrated into the building's block long facade, and opened up one bay for the gallery entrance and a small marquee for the theatres.
Handicapped Accessibility: All of the theatres and facilities are handicapped-accessible, with a ramp in the lobby to achieve the height the floors had to be built up.
